Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice to cancel or change your reservation. Any less notice for cancellation will result in a two night charge to your credit card. Late changes will be charged for the time reserved.

Early Pickup Policy

Pets checking out before their original check-out date will require 48 hours notice prior to being picked up, in order not to pay for the time reserved.
